And, if the price of the product is increase before the product shipment, you will be notified. In such situation, the product shipment will be based on your confirmation. The prices post on the website are included with charges & taxes. If any additional charges are there, it will surely mention on the product page.


All the payments are received by ClickBic prior to the shipping. We acknowledge the payments by cash/cheque/draft, credit card, net-banking, debit card, mobile payments, and cash card. Moreover, we also provide the EMI facility.

Shipping & Handling

We will assemble the shipment of your products. The schedules of shipping are estimated only & can’t be guaranteed. We are not accountable for any type of delay in your product shipments. Risk of loss & product related damages send to you on the product’s delivery. When reverse shipment can’t be arranged by us because of any type of unavailability in our logistics partners, in that particular case you can requested to send the products via any courier services.

Return of Products by Consumer

ClickBic provides replacement of all products/gadget sold on the clickbic.com under some definite conditions that are mentioned below –

  • If there is a case of transit damage or any defect or non-functioning of the product, it has to be notified within 48 hours and after that we are not able to accept any complaint.
  • If the evidence of detect is provided by the user, the damaged or defective product may be replaced by the ClickBic with a new one at no extra charges.
  • If you fail to notify ClickBic within the predetermined time frame, the ClickBic has the rights to reject or accept your application at its judgment.

  • ClickBic will try to replace the product. But, the company has rights to offer the alternate product if in case the product is discontinued by manufacturer or it is out of stock.
  • The easy replacement guarantee is only valid for the cases of the transport damages and manufacturing defects, but if the issue is notified by the customer within the 48 hours of delivery.
  • Return policy is also valid when customer notified us within 48 hours of delivery.

Changes & Cancellation of products

Any type of product additions, specification changes or the quantity modifications made to the accepted orders shall be changed in order details. The entire sales are final; however, the product cancellations & quantity modifications can be intended before the shipping of order. We may cancel any accepted order if the credit department of ClickBic doesn’t endorse your credits or if there is any issue with the payment mode chosen by you.

Cancellation of Order by ClickBic

ClickBic has all the rights to cancel or refuse your order because of any reasons mentioned below –

  • If there are some technical issues with payment module
  • If payment problem is recognized by our department of fraud detection

It will be not considering whether you order has been approved or/and your payment has been received. However, the 100% will be refunded and you will be informed for the same.
